• Hourly rate – all time spent on a matter is charged at our standard rate
• Fixed fee – fee is agreed up front to give you certainty
• Contingency fees, or “no win no fee” – we share the risk and partner with you to bring about a positive outcome, and the fee is then based on the outcome
